AxionIQ is a small, deliberately senior studio in London, serving UK and EU operators. We build and operate AI systems and stay accountable for the number they were meant to move. We are not a typical agency, and we will tell you when we think AI is the wrong answer.
Why we exist
Most AI work in the SME and mid-market gets stuck somewhere between a flashy demo and a quietly abandoned pilot. The pattern is familiar: a consultancy ships a prototype, hands over a Loom video, and walks away. Six months later, the workflow it was meant to fix still runs on a spreadsheet and the team has moved on.
We exist because operators do not want AI. They want the result: more revenue, faster replies, lower cost. Getting from a demo to a production system that compounds month over month requires three uncomfortable things most agencies will not commit to: a target number, deployment into the real environment, and an operating model that keeps the system useful after go-live. That is what we sell.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a Diagnose week: which single number is worth moving, which workflow is blocking it, what does the data actually look like, what would success look like in 90 days. Only then do we scope a Sprint. We refuse to scope blind, because that is how pilots fail.
From there we Design, Deploy and Operate. The Operate stage is the one most agencies skip, and it is the one that decides whether AI compounds or decays. We monitor accuracy, tune prompts and integrations, and roll in new edge cases week by week under Build & Run. What we believe
A few things shape how we engage. AI is a tool, not the goal: we will recommend a simpler automation, a better integration or a process change when that is the honest answer. Data quality decides whether agents work: we start with data unification when the foundation is shaky, even if the brief was something else. Humans stay in the loop on anything that touches money, customers or compliance. Performance shows up in your numbers, not in a deck.
Where we work
Based in London, serving the UK and the EU. We focus on five industries (logistics, dental practices, estate agents, home services, e-commerce) and we operate under UK GDPR and the EU AI Act with the seriousness those deserve. If your business sits outside our usual industries, talk to us anyway. The method generalises further than the verticals.
